CAMPER RENTAL AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

RENTAL PERIOD AND RATE

The travel trailer rental rate is $150.00 per night with a three-night minimum on your reserved campsite (three-night minimum on holidays). There is a $69 delivery fee.

Please note: Campground check-out time is 11am. Please let us know if you'll be staying longer.

Lake Cumberland RV Rentals (OWNER) agrees to provide a travel trailer to Renter (RENTER) for use on the dates mentioned below (subject to availability), and further agrees to deliver and set up the travel trailer on Renter's reserved campsite, and will pick up and return it to our facilities.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT/PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The remaining rental rate balance as well as the security and cleaning deposit is required at the time of delivery/check-in.

Cash, credit card, check or money order is accepted.

• Full refund of reservation deposit up to two weeks before reserved date minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• No refund of reservation deposit within two (2) weeks of reserved date.
• Cancellations within seven (7) days will be charged the full rental amount.

AVAILABILITY

OWNER will make every effort to provide the camper to RENTER but accepts no liability in the event the camper is unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event the camper becomes unavailable, RENTER will have no other remedy than to find camper rental services elsewhere, at their own expense.

SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSIT

A $100.00 security and cleaning deposit is required to book your rental. The deposit will be refunded within five (5) business days after the rental, if the terms of the rental agreement are met and the travel trailer is clean and undamaged with all inventory items in place. The travel trailer must be clean and undamaged; otherwise the entire deposit will be forfeited. Cash, check, or money order will be accepted.

INVENTORY ITEMS

The camper is stocked with a TV/DVD, camp chairs and other items (listed below). Loss of any item will be charged $15.00 plus the cost to replace them.

WATER USAGE

The travel trailer is equipped with a gray water holding tank that collects water from the shower and sinks. The black water holding tank collects water from the toilet. If renter is staying in a site without full hookups, use water sparingly so as not to exceed the tanks holding capacity. We suggest using the shower facilities in the park.

PETS

Maximum of two (2) pets are allowed only if they have responsible owners. Guest will forfeit all deposits if camper is unclean or damaged in any way from your pet.

Pets are not to be left alone in camper.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, PROMISE NOT TO SUE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND AGREEMENT TO PAY CLAIMS

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this activity, at the times and locations provided below, on behalf of myself and my next of kin, heirs and representatives, I release from all liability and promise not to sue Lake Cumberland RV Rentals and/or David and Shelly (Rochelle) White from any and all claims including claims of Lake Cumberland RV Rentals and David and Shelly White's negligence, resulting in any physical or psychological injury (including paralysis and death), illness, damages, or economic or emotional loss i may suffer because of my participation in this activity, including travel to, from and during the activity.

I am voluntarily participating in this activity. I am aware of the risk associated with participating in this activity, which includes but is not limited to physical or psycological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability including (paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and /or death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others actions, inaction, or negligence. Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this activity, including travel to, from and during the activity.

I agree to hold Lake Cumberland RV Rentals and/or David and Shelly White harmless from any and all claims, including attorneys fees or damage to my personal property, that may occur as a result of my participation in this activity, including travel to, from and during the activity.

If Lake Cumberland RV Rentals and/or David and Shelly White incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Lake Cumberland RV Rentals and/or David and Shelly White.

If i need medical treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.

I am 18 years or older. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing Lake Cumberland RV Rentals and/or David and Shelly White from all liability, (b) promising not to sue Lake Cumberland RV Rentals and/or David and Shelly White, (c) and assuming all risks of participating in this activity, including travel to, from and during the activity.

I understand that this document is written to be as broad and inclusive as legally permitted. I agree that if any portion is held invalid or unenforceable, I will continue to be bound by the remaining terms.

I have read this document, and by initialing below and submitting this form electronically, I am signing it freely. No other representations concerning the legal effect of this document have been made to me.

ACCEPTANCE

By completing this rental reservation form and initialing below, the Renter accepts the terms of this Rental Agreement and Release of Liability.
